Notifications
Enable email or system notifications to keep you and your users informed about module activities, such as uploads or downloads.
Email notifications
The plugin can send email notifications when files are downloaded, uploaded or deleted via the module. The subject and (HTML) content of the emails can be controlled via this settings page.
Downloads
Notify when someone starts a download.
Uploads
Notify when someone uploads files.
Delete
Notify when someone deletes files or folders.
Move
Notify when someone moves files to a different folder.
Copy
Notify when someone copies files or folders.
Recipients
Email addresses
Add email address who should receive the notification. Add multiple address separated by a comma ,

=> Administration email address as set on the WordPress General Settings page;
%user_email%
=> Email of the user that executes the action;
%administrator%

, etc... => All Email addresses of specific User Roles
%linked_user_email%
=> Email addresses of users that can access the modified files via their Personal Folders.
Skip notification for current user
Disable the notification for the user that executes the action.
The placeholder %linked_user_email%
can be used to send notifications to the owner(s) of the Personal Folder. When using this placeholder in combination with automatically linked Personal Folders, the Name Template should contain the placeholder %user_email%
.. I.e. the Personal Folder name needs to contain the email address of the user.
Sender information
From Name
Enter the name you would like the notification email sent from, or use one of the available placeholders.
From email address
Enter an authorized email address you would like the notification email sent from. To avoid deliverability issues, always use your site domain in the from email.
Reply-to email address
Enter an email address when you want a reply on the notification to go to an email address that is different than the From: address.
