Overview

The free plugin allows you to automatically generate, email and download PDF documents with Gravity Forms. This plugin extends this GravityPDF and allows you to store the generated PDFs directly on your cloud Account.

Follow these steps to set up GravityPDF and store generated PDFs directly in the cloud:

  1. Install GravityPDF: Download and install the GravityPDF plugin on your WordPress site.

  2. Select Your Gravity Form: Go to [Forms] → [Forms] and choose the Gravity Form you want to use.

  3. Add a PDF Template:

    • In the form editor, hover over the Form Settings menu and select PDF from the sub-navigation.

    • Click the Add New button to create a new PDF template.

  4. Edit the PDF Template:

    • Open the created template for editing.

    • Navigate to the Advanced Tab.

  5. Configure Cloud PDF upload:

    • Set [WP CLOUD PLUGIN] Export PDF to "Yes".

    • In the [WP CLOUD PLUGIN] Account ID, enter the ID of the cloud acocunt ID.

    • In the [WP CLOUD PLUGIN] Folder ID, enter the ID of the cloud folder where the PDFs should be stored.
