What You Can Expect

Our Help Center is here to assist you with:

  • Prioritizing bug-related and technical issues.

  • Addressing questions or problems related to the plugin and its features.

  • Welcoming your proposals and ideas for improvement.

  • Handling small customization requests, though these are lower priority and depend on our workload and goodwill.

What is Outside the Scope

While we aim to help as much as possible, some requests fall outside our support scope. These include:

  • General WordPress-related questions.

  • Issues caused by third-party plugins or tools.

  • Larger customization requests.

  • Any tickets containing abusive or violent language.

We’ll always do our best to assist where we can, even for some out-of-scope requests, but we can’t guarantee solutions in these cases.

FAQ

What kind of support is included with my license?

Each license includes 6 or 12 months of free support. During this period, you can access technical assistance for plugin configuration, troubleshooting, and minor customizations.

Can I extend my support period?

Yes, you can purchase an extended support package through the Envato Marketplace to continue receiving assistance beyond the initial 6 months.
