Manual mode

In Manual Mode, you manually link an existing cloud folder to a user. This is ideal if you already have client folders set up or if you need multiple users to access the same folder.

To link a user to a folder, you can use the [Personal Folders] menu in the plugin. Each user can only be linked to one folder in this mode, and any shortcode using Dynamic Folders in Manual Mode will reference that single folder. This method requires manual management of folder links but provides complete control over which content each user can access.

Open the Personal Folder Dashboard

Navigate to [Personal Folders] Menu in the WordPress Admin Dashboard.

Link Users to Their Folders

Click the Link to Private Folder button and link your users to their specific folder on your Cloud Account.

Configure your module

Open the Module Configurator for your module using the Module Manager or via your Page Editor, navigate to the Dynamic Folders tab, set the Dynamic Mode to Manual mode - I will link the users manually.

Set Additional Settings

Configure any other settings you need for the module.

Save Your Configuration

Once you're done, press the Save button to apply your settings.
