# Easy Digital Downloads (EDD)

The Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) integration allows you to serve download links for your products directly from your connected cloud account, providing secure and scalable file access for your digital products. This integration simplifies managing large files while keeping them accessible only to authorized users.

### **Instructions**

1. **Enable the Integration**:\
   Go to the **Integrations** tab in the plugin's menu, locate Easy Digital Downloads, and enable the integration.
2. **Link Cloud Files to Downloads**:
   * Go to your Easy Digital Downloads product settings.
   * In the "File URL" field, select the file stored on your connected cloud account using the file picker integrated by the plugin.
   * Save your product settings.

### **File Access**:

* The plugin automatically ensures that download links are secure and can only be accessed by customers with a valid purchase.
* The cloud-stored files are streamed or downloaded directly from your connected account.
